Hi, I have just relocated from another state to Bloomington. Need to know what all I need to done as I have Driving License and Title of the car from my old state. Can someone please guide me step by step for the process and location address as I am totally new to this city and state and fully confused on this issue. Any help is highly appreciated here.

We did the same this week. Just go to DMV and they will give u a new title and everything , they charge something around 190$. And u can write a written test for changing ur driver's license. all can be done in the same visit, there is not too much rush.
