Skills needed:

General application design knowledge
Ability to lead technical teams
Client knowledge preferred but not required
J2EE and/or Host background General ITIL understanding
Knowledge of architectural practices o Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Self-starter
Relationship building
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to navigate the organization to leverage the knowledge and experience of others
