As the India against corruption movement gathers steam, people all over the world have started organizing protests in support of Anna Hazare. With a sizable population of Indians in Bloomington-Normal, it is our responsibility that we all come forward too, and join this campaign against the menace of corruption.

To show our support to Anna Hazare, a protest is being organized on Tuesday, 08/23. The idea is for all the people to get together holding banners in support of Anna, share their views, and protest peacefully. We will try to get media coverage for this event, so that it can be used to show support for the great cause, that Anna is fighting for.

The venue for the protest is Anderson Park and timings are from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
