Goal: This study seeks to investigate different aspects of the adaptation process: happiness, adapting, and getting around in a new culture, as well as people's awareness of aspects of culture.

Outcome: The findings should have strong implications for employers and members of the Indian community.

Time line: Data collection (15 minutes of online survey) for this effort ends by Friday, March 20th, 2009
