Apartment mart(wingover) management cheating indians

Attached is the picture of the kitchen counter top which had small black spot for which they charged 550$ for replacing the whole instead of fixing it. They have decided to collect fines from Indians after moving out of the apartment. we all have to take some severe action against them so that they won\'t do these kind of things to Indians in the near future. I\'m sure there might be many people who paid fines while moving out of the apartment mart. forget about the deposit which you paid and on the top of it you will end up by paying for these kind of things. so be aware of them or else be prepared to pay fines while leaving.
