Here in Bloomington, the Immigration Project is a nonprofit immigration organization that offers free consultations and free citizenship application processing for everyone regardless of income level. I understand the situation you might me in just to give some moral support from my side  --------

1. As you are in USA for 16 yrs you might have backed up good amount of  $$ so have them in your hand ... ( For your daily expenses, health etc ..)


2. Stay here in USA for couple of months, look your visa status etc  contact some attorney here.. and try to be here for a while so that you can sell your stuff..

3. If your husband did some wrong  and if you guys agree's to it  go to your home country and forget USA

4. If you do not agree contact WWW.MURTHY.COM lawyers they may be some help to you

Going to India ( not sure if your home country is India ) is always good option
