Hi Des
I think you are twisting the topic on to some other issues this topic actually means out to help out too many ladies who have no pass time so there is nothing to criticize on their ideas or testing their guts.
They are so talented in making their time useful and turn money out of it.If u like it you can also do or have to appreciate on Indian home-makers.
Please guys dont criticize on the people that too being an Indian we shall value our people.
Sorry if i would have hurt anyone on this.Lets all help out others our brothers and sisters of our country.

u buy illegal food doesn't make that business legal.
nothing abt attutide too.
but few ppl can not think nething other than money like u and give it a sweet name but that doesn't hide the fact.
if u really want 2 cook and sell then get a food lic, and open a proper business, do u have rights and guts?
ppl like u are in a process of making USA another india.

Sai, is there any way I can contact you? I have female white American friend freshly married to Gujarati who is seeking to befriend an Auntie to school her in Indian ways for when she returns to India for visit. No pay involved but may be fun for you and would kill time during day. I will be watching for reply!

desi dhakkan,
making chappatti is an illegal business here. indian auties you are talking about are either illeterate and their hubbies are mad for money else no one would do this checp stuff here.
these people wouldn't have done this in even india but $ can make any person a begger.
people say that they cook food for TP but its actually for money. if not then why do they charge just take ingrediants from customers and make food.
so let anyone say anything cooking is a an illegal business run by greedy couples here.
I know some families whom their parents/in laws also help to cook when they arrive here.
what a pity?
if any one asks you in india, would you or your family pridely tell them that you make and sell chapattis or food illegally here?

You have limited options available
1. Do some volunteer work- this will give you an idea of how things are done in this country, interact with people and help the needy.
2. A lot of Desi Aunties would make food and sell it. Try making rotis and sell it for $1 (5 pieces). This way you can earn a little and enjoy.
3. Join some institute/community college and take up some classes. Good luck!
