Only 8 months left on my H1B period is it worth to spend money on my GC perm processing ? I appreciate your advise

If u can apply for labor and get it approved within 7 months then u can apply for 140 via premium processing. Once u get 140 approved u are eligible to file for 3 yr H1 extension and wait to file for ur next steps in GC processing.

Sorry dude, you missed the boat. At least one year on H1B remaining is needed to start Perm.
