I got a job in Dubuque,IA and planning to move next week. Currently in search for safe and good apartments. My wife and 2.5 yr old kid stays at home, so I was looking for your advice on finding apartments with indian community. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

I had lived up their in Dubuque IA for three years. I think there is about 25-50 Indian families lives up there. If you want apartment with desi families around you should look for Peen Place Apartment. Apartment Management is crook but it may have changed now. Good luck with your move.
