Hope it works out for you. I'm single but still bought my own home last year. It was built in 1920 and is absolutely stunning. I hope you don't go for one of run-of-the-mill newer homes most Indians do. My parents were very impressed during visit!

Going through an agent increases the sales cost since the owners usually try to buffer the agent cost in the house price. Usually agents take like 6%. I was looking to sell my townhouse on my own if you interested here is the link http://www.fsbolocal.com/viewPropertyAd.htm?id=14874

We bought our first home in Eagles Landing, about a year ago through Sandra Coelho, Tel 309 3361010. She was referred by an Indian friend and collegue at SF. Sandra works with a lot of people from the Indian community. She is well versed with Vastu etc. She was not pushy and very knowledgeable about the market prices etc. I would highly recommend her.

Hi, I have a home for Sale. It is a 4 bed 3 bath home, in a nice neighborhood (lot of Indians in this area) with best schools. Finished basement. The house is East Facing, on the North east corner of the block. We wanted a perfect vaastu house when we bought and this was the one. Call me if can at 3095317587. Thank you.
